TO ENTER: simply use the Hand-Tracing template inserted inside this newsletter. Trace around your hand; and write a personal ‘health message’ in the palm, then return to us. A £1.00 charitable donation must be included with every Hand Tracing (i.e. if you submit 4 tracings, please include £4.00). Everyone can enter, so please feel free to copy the blank template and encourage family and friends to do the same. All hand-tracings must be received by 1st October. (*Winners under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by one adult). The winner will be chosen for the best hand tracing & health message, and invited (with one guest) to ‘A Time for Healing’ - VIP event.
