Celtic SEA-SALT can be used as-
an antiseptic (personal hygiene):
Sea-Salt is the world's first antiseptic - used since creation as a 'food & medicine'. In particular for personal hygiene, cuts, burns, mouth / throat and nasal wash, healthy gums, infections (ulcers, irritations, thrush) and especially after tooth extraction to stop bleeding; prevent infection and speed-up healing. From ancient times to today, people still believe that bathing in the sea (as often as possible) is important for good health maintenance. Therefore, for all over personal hygiene, it is a good practice to wash in a solution of Celtic Sea-Salt at least once a week.
(Intimate cleansing for
men and women)
(calm, relax and soothe

Brush teeth as normal and rinse with clean water.
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of 'Celtic Sea Salt' in ½ cup of warm water (100ml or 3 fl.oz).
Add ½ teaspoon of Colloidal Silver (optional).
Fill your mouth with the salt solution and hold it for at least ½ minute, then spit out.
DO NOT RINSE!
Fill mouth again with the solution and gargle a few times.
Spit out and DO NOT RINSE.Throat gargling is also beneficial for cold and allergy sufferers.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of 'Celtic Sea Salt' in 1 litre (35 fl.oz) of warm water.
Add 1 teaspoon of Colloidal Sliver (optional).
After a bath or shower, rinse with clean water.
Then pour the salt solution all over your body, making sure to wash your intimate parts well (excellent for vaginal thrush, irritation, cystitis). For added protection, spray colloidal silver over intimate or irritated areas. Pat dry dry and leave to air dry naturally.
DO NOT RINSE!
Massage with Gramma's Omega-Oil or .a good moisturising cream.
NOTE:- If you used in your hair, rinse out thoroughly with clean water.Shower or bathe to thoroughly cleanse skin.
Refill the bath with clean warm / hot water.
Add ½ cup (4 oz / 100g) Celtic Sea-salt; 2 to 4 tablespoon of coconut or almond oil; 8 drops of lavender oil…and mix in the bath water.
Enjoy this relaxing soak for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
Pat yourself dry.
DO NOT RINSE!
Massage with Gramma's Omega-Oil or a moisturising cream.
