Here are some more great ways to assist pain management :
If you endure sprains, strains, muscle tension / cramps or general pain after vigorous exercise, try drinking 1-2 tablespoons undiluted or as a cup of tea prior to your workout. Alternatively, add it to your drinking water or fruit juice during exercise.
To relieve toothache, inflamed, sore or swollen gums, drink it undiluted or as a cup of tea throughout the day. Do the same before and after tooth extractions and root canal treatment. In addition, rinse your mouth with a solution of 'Celtic Sea-Salt' to speed up healing.
Drink it daily one week before your periods is due and maintain throughout the duration of your menstruation.
To help combat 'deep vein thrombosis and jet-lag' caused from flying or long distant journeys - drink it as a cup of tea 1 to 2 weeks before travelling, and also during the journey. In addition, spread a little 'Gramma's Herbal Pepper Sauce' on your in-flight sandwiches and meals.
