SUPREME SPICY
GARLIC BUTTER.

INGREDIENTS -

500g (1 lb) tub of butter or margarine.

1 - 2 tsp of Gramma's Herbal Pepper Sauce .

8 - 12 large fresh garlic cloves (pureed or finely grated).

2 - 3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh herb leaves (coriander, parsley, chives, dill).

4 teaspoons (1 tablespoon)

20ml


 

Preparation.

  • Mix together thoroughly and return to the fridge ready for everyday use in
    sandwiches, etc.

 

Meat / Seafood dish.
(Variation - to our Supreme Spicy Garlic Butter recipe). ).


Preparation.

Coat turkey, chicken, fish or seafood with the Supreme Spicy Garlic Butter.

Sprinkle a little Celtic sea-salt to taste,

the juice of 1/2 lemon and wrap in foil,

Bake or roast as normal.




Meat Free version.

Melt Supreme Spicy Garlic Butter over a Baked potato

Sprinkle with Mild English Cheddar or parmesan cheese (optional).


SERVE :
with with fresh crispy fresh Salad.

* Mix Supreme Spicy Garlic Butter into cooked pasta,
boiled rice or mash potato.

CARIBBEAN
'HOT TODDY'.


INGREDIENTS -
1/2 pint (300 ml) of boiling water.

1/2 level tsp of (Mild or Hot) Herbal Pepper Sauce.

1 fl.oz fresh lemon juice (or 1 large lemon).

2 -3 tbsp of honey (or to taste).

1 - 2 tbsp Caribbean Rum, Brandy
or Whisky (optional).

 

 

 

Preparation.

  • Mix thoroughly, cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes,
    then strain and drink ('hot' especially good for Winter months or 'cold' in the Summer).

For young children omit alcohol and reduce both lemon and pepper sauce by half.
